Flux

This is a collaborative project from this time last year with two jewellery students- Karolina Baines and Maisie Welch. The aim was to capture a fleeting moment in time, taking starting inspiration from a trip to the Royal Botanic Gardens Edinburgh. These are some of photographs which we took there that motivated us to focus on the five senses.

We made a set of five interactive rings, each giving an experience of a different sense. 

Smell, hearing, taste, touch, sight. 

This work was also chosen to be part of a one day pop up exhibition at the Royal Botanic Gardens last November along with other glass and sculpture artists.
